New Fall On-Ice Program Added
Parmy's is excited to announce on-ice semi-private small group sessions to be held at the newly built Stoughton Ice Arena on Sunday evenings starting in October. The group sessions are for high school, midget and prep players, but an additional hour for junior high may be added. Click on the Schedules link for more information.

High School/ Prep Pre-Season Conditioning Program Announced
Designed for both the player trying to make the Varsity team as well as the seasoned vet looking to get off to a quick start, this is a hockey-specific conditioning program that will push players to maximize the last 4 weeks prior to the start of the high school and prep seasons. All movements and exercises are derived directly from the game. This in turn leads the player to experience the impact of the training on the ice where it counts.
